Holy Thursday Celebration at St. Joseph’s Cathedral 

On Holy Thursday, April 6th, H. G. Archbishop Bashar Warda, along with Fr. Savio Handula, celebrated the Divine Litrugy with the rite of the washing of the feet at St Joseph’s Cathedral. 

After Mass, the Holy Eucharist was transferred to a seperate room, where people can visit. Following, as part of the Chaldean liturgy, the clergy, deacons and the lay faithful, participated in the prayers of “The Arrest of Jesus”, which is done on the vigil of Good Friday.
