Archbishop Warda Head a CUE Visit to Michigan

In November 2022, a delegation from the Catholic University in Erbil (CUE) headed by His Grace, Archbishop Bashar Warda, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chancellor, and Mrs. Vida Hanna, the Director of Public Affairs and Strategic Communications, visited the state of Michigan to raise awareness towards CUE, its mission, and vision among the Christian community of the region.

During the visit, His Grace met with the Chaldean Community in the diaspora and celebrated various masses at the Chaldean churches around Michigan, where he introduced the Catholic University in Erbil, its future plans, and the different opportunities CUE provides to the staff, faculty, and students.
