On the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Archbishop Bashar Warda presided the Divine Liturgy at the Mar Elia shrine, concelebrating with Fr. Janan Shamil . The Archdiocese’s clergy, religious sisters and the faithful laity also participated in the Mass. After the Divine Liturgy, Archbishop Warda blessed the new nativity scene at the shrine; and opened the site for the laity to visit.
